We’re looking for passionate individuals to help us showcase our innovative product. The Sales team is at the heart of our growth, and as a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving Kalido’s success. You’ll help us grow by reaching more organizations, improving our sales processes, and making a real impact.
● Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and research new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, industry databases, etc.), generating a consistent flow of qualified prospects for the sales team. Achieve monthly lead generation targets and provide regular updates on progress.
● Cold Outreach & Initial Engagement: Take ownership of cold calling and email outreach to introduce Kalido’s solutions to potential clients. Demonstrate the ability to craft personalized, impactful outreach that engages prospects and secures initial interest.
● Appointment Setting & Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales manager. Ensure all logistics (e.g., time, date, format) are handled seamlessly to set the stage for successful sales conversations.
● CRM Management & Data Accuracy: Take full responsibility for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline. Regularly update lead status, track communication history, and monitor progress to ensure effective follow-up and reporting.
● Sales Process Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, preparing detailed sales reports, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, product, customer success).
● Proven Lead Generation Experience: Demonstrated success in identifying and generating high-quality sales leads in a B2B environment, with a track record of
achieving lead generation goals.
● Sales Outreach Expertise: Strong experience in conducting cold calls, crafting tailored email campaigns, and initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients. Proven ability to secure meetings and drive engagement from cold prospects.
● CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales activities, and update pipelines. Proven ability to
maintain data integrity and optimize CRM tools for team productivity.
● Sales Process Optimization: A history of providing operational and administrative support to a sales team, including streamlining sales workflows, managing sales
documentation, and supporting sales reporting.
● Communication & Relationship Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven success in engaging clients and building relationships
that contribute to long-term business success.
● Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects, with a demonstrated history of maintaining organization and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
● Proven Problem-Solving Skills: Experience identifying challenges in the sales process and proactively implementing solutions to improve efficiency, overcome roadblocks, and drive results.
● Collaborative Team Player: A track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure smooth sales execution.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
