Analyzing and understanding use cases to verify their fitment and to determine the best solution approach for generative AI applications

Defining and implementing generative AI strategies aligned with organizational goals

Leading presales efforts by consulting with clients understanding their needs and crafting customized AI solutions

Experienced with different Application Architecture patterns and practices

Experienced with different Cloud Services IaaS PaaS SaaS Cloud deployment Cloud best practices

Documenting comprehensive technical artifacts and establishing best practices for implementing and deploying models on various cloud platforms

Leading a team of leads and developers in building Proof of Concepts POCs for various customers

Engaging directly with clients as an independent contributor and effectively communicating complex AI scenarios and strategic recommendations

Sharing knowledge and mentoring team members to enhance their expertise in generative AI technologies

Ensuring AI solutions adhere to quality and ethical standards while optimizing their performance in production for reliability and efficiency

Spearheading change management processes to assist organizations in integrating new AIdriven technologies into their existing systems

Mandatory Skills : Python - Data Science

Strong communication skills and experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to gain consensus on complex technical solutions

Deep experience in architecting designing and implementing solutions onpremises in the cloud and using hybrid models

Mastery of the latest AI frameworks with handson experience in deploying and finetuning a variety of generative models including but not limited to Transformers using techniques such as PEFT LoRA and QLoRA etc

Indepth experience in finetuning and customizing pretrained AI models with good understanding of various patterns and practices in AI data engineering and large data processing

Proficiency with a variety of tools and platforms including but not limited to Amazon SageMaker Azure ML Studio Azure Data Lake Google BigQuery AWS S3 Databricks and Snowflake

Advanced programming skills in Python capable of analyzing complex AI scenarios and providing strategic recommendations using Python services

Relevant certifications in AIML at the Architect Lead level
