🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
💡 ATL Marketing:
• Execute high-impact campaigns via TV, FM, newspapers, hoardings
• Coordinate media planning, buying, and creative production
• Drive branding during admission seasons and scholarship drives
📢 BTL Marketing:
• Lead school/college activations, seminars, career fairs
• Roll out canopy activities, street branding, poster campaigns
• Ensure branding consistency across centers and localities
📊 Reporting & Ops:
• Monitor campaign ROI, prepare PR/POs in SAP, analyze performance
• Sync offline & digital marketing with internal teams
🤝 Collaborate with:
• Sales, Academics, Creative Teams, Vendors & Branch Managers
• Ensure every campaign hits the right student touchpoints
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of experience in education or service marketing
✔ Graduate/Postgrad in Marketing
✔ Local market knowledge & strong communication skills
✔ Willingness to travel for ground activations
