The firm’s Kolkata office has been operational since 1 January 2026, marking an important step in strengthening IP-focused legal services in eastern India.

 

The new office will initially be led by Pragya Jain, Senior Associate, who brings extensive experience in trademark opposition, IP litigation, design law, and copyright matters. Her practice focuses on helping clients protect, manage, and enforce their intellectual property rights across diverse industries.

 

With this expansion, Inttl Advocare now has offices across key legal and commercial centres in India, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata.
