NKDA Approves Phase-I Plans for TCS Bengal Silicon Valley Campus!

The New Town Kolkata Development Authority (NKDA) has officially sanctioned the Phase-I building plan for the much-anticipated Tata Consultancy Services campus at 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲, 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧.

Spanning 𝟐𝟎 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐬, this mega project is set to transform 𝐊𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐚’𝐬 tech ecosystem.

𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞-𝐈 will see the development of 𝟗 𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐡 𝐬𝐪. 𝐟𝐭. of world-class infrastructure, including an 𝟏𝟏-𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫, creating employment for 𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬.

The upcoming 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞-𝐈𝐈 plans will add another 𝟏𝟓 𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐡 𝐬𝐪. 𝐟𝐭., bringing the total built-up area to 𝟐𝟒 𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐡 𝐬𝐪. 𝐟𝐭. and generating 𝟐𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐬 
across all phases.
