Kolkata to Host Uruguay vs India International Friendly on October 6

Kolkata is set to witness another major football spectacle as two-time FIFA World Cup champions Uruguay will face India in an international friendly on October 6 at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan, popularly known as Salt Lake Stadium.

The high-profile fixture will be part of a packed international friendly window for the Indian men's national football team. India will first face Panama on September 26 in Bengaluru before returning to Kolkata for a much-anticipated clash against five-time world champions Brazil on October 3.
